Q: What method(s) of payment are accepted?
A: We accept payment through bank deposits in (1) Banco De Oro (BDO) or (2) Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI). Bank account numbers will be provided once order is final. Once payment has been deposited, please send photo of deposit slip as well as full name, shipping address, and contact number.
Q: Do you meet up?
A: We meet up only at Solenad Mall in Santa Rosa, Laguna. Please arrange meet ups at least 24 hours before the meet up.
Q: Do you ship?
A: We ship via LBC or Xend. Our shipping cut-off for same day shipping is 12NN. If we receive and confirm your payment after 12NN, we will ship out your order the next business day.
Unfortunately, we do not ship out packages on weekends and holidays.
Q: Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
A: Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
Q: How much is the shipping charge?
A: For small items, we charge a rate of 180 for Metro Manila, 185 for rest of Luzon, and 205 for Visayas and Mindanao. For bigger or multiple items we compute the shipping cost based on volumetric weight charged by couriers (item weight+ dimensions).
Q: After you ship out, how long will I receive my item(s)?
A: The courier will usually deliver your package 1-2 business days for addresses within Metro Manila, and 1-5 business days for outside Metro Manila.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: After your order is shipped out, we will provide the tracking number given by the courier.
Q: What if the item is defective?
A: Make sure to check electronic items upon receival. We will not accept DOA claims after the electronics have been soldered! If item has defect, return the item to us complete with accessories and packaging within 3 days for verification. If defect is confirmed and verified, replacement item will be sent to you at no extra charge. If no defect is found, item will be sent back to you after payment of diagnostic fee and shipping.
